Ben provided a great customer experience! My laptop operating system was not functioning at all. He diagnosed the issue quickly, personally called me and also suggested that I update the hard drive to replace my older mechanical drive. Then he transferred all my data and photos to the new and much faster drive. I’m very pleased with my experience and would be happy to recommend the Computer Emergency Room any time.
